Flat starting prices for the jobs we do most. Parts are extra unless the line says otherwise. Your plumber confirms the final price before any work starts.

Questions we get every week
Do you charge just to come out?
Yes, a $89 service call covers the trip and the first 30 minutes of finding the problem. If you go ahead with the repair, we waive it.
Can someone come in the middle of the night?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24/7 for burst pipes, no water and sewage backups. Outside normal hours the call-out is $195 instead of the $89 service call.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, free written estimates for tankless water heaters, repiping and sewer line replacement. Smaller repairs start with the $89 service call.
Is your work guaranteed?
All our labour is guaranteed for 1 year. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card, check or cash, when the job is finished.
Will you tell me when you're on the way?
We book a 2-hour arrival window and text you about 30 minutes before we get there.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice. With less notice there's a $45 late cancellation fee.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We lay drop cloths, clean the work area and take the old fixture away.
Do you do gas lines or septic systems?
No. We don't work on gas lines, septic systems, commercial buildings or new construction.
